Leslie Venuti
Leslie is a 40+ year resident of Southern Utah, living in the heart of the Escalante National Monument. Leslie, her husband and children moved from Southern California looking for a more peaceful lifestyle and a place where kids could be kids. They found that in Southern Utah. She and her family have enjoyed being surrounded by outdoor recreation, farming and ranching. Leslie’s husband is an avid fly fisherman and several of her children have enjoyed trophy hunts in the area.

Nomin Baasankhuu
Nomin and her family moved to Escalante, Utah, in 2022 after purchasing their own home through Trails End Real Estate. What began as a home purchase quickly became a new chapter for the entire family, and they have embraced life in Escalante ever since.
Originally from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, Nomin attended school in Virginia and China. She, along with her husband Dustin, and their three beautiful children, have settled quite nicely into the Escalante community. Between school, clubs, sports, family adventures, hiking, fishing, and exploring the high desert and spectacular mountains surrounding the area, they have truly made Escalante home. Nomin is excited to help others discover what she and her family found in Escalante—a place to put down roots, build a life, and enjoy the incredible beauty and lifestyle of Southern Utah. Known for her kind, cheerful, and easy-to-talk-to personality, Nomin brings a naturally welcoming approach to real estate.
